I ordered a nice hugo boss watch and it came in good packaging and without damage. However I had recently requested a refund for another watch and they got mixed up and cancelled my order for the Boss watch I had wanted, therefor it came 4 days late. This is a small error however and I’m happy with their services and they deliver good quality watches from trusted manufacturers.

Customer service excellent Tom was very helpful. Watch as described 100% brand new and was not a store model. Packaging was also excellent and price was unbeatable. Will definitely purchase from Jura again

I purchased a Garmin Watch that still hasn’t been delivered for over 7 days! Shipping was stated as next day delivery - both Jura Watches and DPD don’t know where my parcel is and they refuse to give me a refund!

My wife bought a rather expensive watch for me through Jura Whitby. The service provided by Cat & Ellis was second to none. They were extremely knowledgeable about this particular watch and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Customer service at its best. I would highly recommend Jura Watches for the purchase of top brand watches.

I’m so disappointed with the service. My watch is currently lost between Jura watch and DPD. Looking at the comments I’m not the only one either. It’s clear I haven’t got the item yet I’m having to email and call constantly to try to get a resolution. My first 2 emails were ignored it wasn’t until I started to call that I had any kind of communication. DPD state that Jura watch haven’t even contacted them to try to sort the issue out. I’ve been told this could take 60 days to resolve. Be very careful about purchasing from them. Not the aftercare I’d expect from a luxury brand.

Another great watch and super service as always. The watch was sold at a great price and arrived very well protected by the packaging. The watch was not in stock and had to be ordered direct from Certina - I like that because it means I get a brand new watch. I was told that it would probably take six weeks to arrive but it only took four. Very pleased.

CWSellors offered the best UK price for this watch (new, current, mid range Swiss-made automatic diving watch), which I could buy immediately on the phone to a friendly knowledgeable member of staff. It arrived promptly well-wrapped (not too much plastic), exactly as described and depicted. It did not disappoint. This is a lovely watch. Attentive after-service resolved a couple of minor anomalies. Altogether a good experience.

4 Seikos with quality control problems that Jura failed to spot. First 2 around September 2021, second 2 around October 2022. These stores are facilitating Seiko having lots of quality control problems and doing nothing about it.

Excellent customer service, I wasn’t 100% happy with the first choice of watch I’d made, and returned it to try something else instead and there were no problems at all - seamless, smooth transaction.

I beg for information because this is already very frivolous.

Website said in stock. But it was not and took weeks instead of 24hrs.
Would not have been an issue if they didn’t have in stock and next day delivery plastered everywhere.

Five star service from Cat from the minute we walked through the door. Ordered a watch over the phone as I had gift vouchers to redeem and couldn't do so on line, however I was granted the on line price. Brilliant!
Picked it up in the shop where Cat adjusted the bracelet & sorted the vouchers out. No bother, & great service all round!

I am a returning customer and your service has always been good in the past. However something has gone wrong this time, which happens, but your poor communication on letting me know what has/is happening has really let you down.

I purchased a watch but had an issue initially where the order showed as pending (I think that was my fault). I contacted Jura through their online chat and the issue was dealt with straight away. I can't fault them for price and customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

This was my second purchase in 3 weeks, the first one was far from satisfactory, I'm happy to say this purchase was perfect. Easy ordering, kept up to date with emails and the watch arrived the next day. Great service, thank you!
